Our pre-construction department focuses on the development and maintenance of overall project budgets with the goal of providing economic efficiencies and value added solutions. We drive innovative design and constructibility solutions that seek to provide maximum value while maintaining the design intent.  Although we predominantly use domestic suppliers whenever possible, EFI has implemented a global procurement strategy to ensure that we receive high quality materials from overseas suppliers. This allows us to leverage worldwide product sourcing opportunities that provide the best design, value and lead time options available. Additionally, we also evaluate materials and finishes with respect to maximizing cost-savings.
